Main template content of this web is divided into 3 areas :

1) Version selection area 2) Main Menu Links Area 3) Relevant Information Links Area

The Accesskey, known for hot keys or keyboard shortcuts, are set as below :

Alt+U：Version selection area .This area lists the Language Version. The window will jump to the top side menu by pressing the accesskey.
(Press tab to move to the Home.)

Alt+L： Main Menu Links Area on the left side. This area lists the major links menu of this web. The window will jump to the top of the left side menu by pressing the accesskey.
(Press tab to move to the About Us.)

Alt+C：Main Content Area. This area displays any important or related information of the Sports Affairs Council on this web.

Other accesskeys are set up as following :

Alt+F4 : Close the window.
