Taiwan's sports and recreation services are growing prosperously as society advances into the new era. A sufficient and outstanding supply of human resources is therefore essential for the continued development of the sports and recreation industry. This article provides a number of development strategies from the perspective of human resource supply. It suggests that professional training and enhanced service quality will ensure the expansion of the sports and recreation industry. |

台灣地狹人稠,運動空間有限,因此提供社會大眾使用的公共運動設施就相對重要。本文作者以台灣近20年來公共運動設施實際狀況出發,探討台灣營運者所面臨較重要的專業管理課題,佐以國外著名場館以及專業團體的相關措施,提出個人對於提升我國公共運動設施營運人員專業知能策略的看法。
Provision of public sport facilities is an important aspect in serving the people, especially under Taiwan's circumstances of high population density and limited space. This article first illustrates the development of domestic sports facilities in the past 20 years. It then discusses some of the more important managerial issues faced by Taiwanese administrators based on experiences of renowned foreign counterparts and specialists. It also proposes competency improvement strategies for the public sport facility management profession. |
